Amanda received her degree for Healing Arts in 2019 from Healing Mountain Massage School in Salt Lake City. Later that year she received her Utah Professional License for Massage Therapy. She has gained 5+ years of Holistic Spa experience between Healing Mountain Day Spa, Sanctuary Day Spa, and The Kura door holistic Spa combined.
Amanda carries lifelong cultural experience with Shiatsu, Reflexology, Gua Sha, and some eastern medicine. As a child she would teach her friends tut na/acurpressure massage that she had learned from her Father. Amand is half Chinese. Her father immigrated form Singapore to California. Growing up, he would use a more eastern, holistic approach to things like flus, colds, abrasions, pain, philosophy, and life with parenting.
Amanda specializes in Intuitive Therapeutic Bodywork for relaxation, tension relief and pain management. Using her education and life experience, she uses a holistic, intuitive approach in blending such modalities as Swedish Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Trigger Point, Craniosacral, Japanese Shiatsu, Thai Yoga Massage, Reflexology, and Reiki to create a truly comforting and personal experience.
Amanda’s studio hours are Fridays 12pm-7pm
